1. Legal Acceptance & Intermediary Role
This electronic record is generated by a computer system in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable statutory rules. By creating an account, depositing funds, or utilizing API endpoints on SMMPanels.in ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
The Platform operates strictly as an automated technological intermediary under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000. We provide programmatic routing tools and digital campaign management. SMMPanels.in maintains no formal partnership, affiliation, or authorization with third-party social networking platforms including Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google LLC (YouTube), Telegram FZ-LLC, or X Corp. You can inspect our full catalog of automated delivery items on our SMM panel services catalog.
Strictly Non-Withdrawable: All funds deposited into your user wallet represent non-redeemable advance technology service credits. Under no circumstances can wallet credits be withdrawn, refunded to a bank account, transferred to a UPI ID, or cashed out through any offline or online financial channel.
Finality of Payments: Once an online transaction is authorized and credited through our gateway, all payments are strictly final, conclusive, and non-refundable to the original payment source.
Internal Ledger Re-crediting Only: If a specific order cannot be fulfilled due to third-party server errors or technical drops, the corresponding amount will be restored exclusively as platform credits inside your internal user balance.
Prohibition of Chargebacks: Raising fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or payment hold requests via payment aggregators will result in immediate account termination, permanent forfeiture of remaining wallet credits, and universal blacklisting of your API keys. For detailed balance deposit instructions, check our account signup and billing guidelines.
3. Account Safety, Public Visibility & Fulfillment Conditions
To ensure automated delivery through our infrastructure, all target profiles, posts, or media links must remain completely public with zero privacy restrictions throughout the fulfillment window.
Switching account privacy to private, changing usernames, or deleting links while an order is queued or processing results in an immediate forfeiture of refill, warranty, and refund rights. System execution speeds and timeframes provided on the dashboard are operational estimates, not fixed legal guarantees. To review order processing logic and delivery behaviors, visit our SMM panel documentation and knowledge base.
4. Statutory Prohibitions & Lawful User Conduct
In compliance with Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021, users are strictly prohibited from using SMMPanels.in infrastructure to route campaigns, execute API endpoints, or process links that:
Infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property;
Promote unlawful, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, or grossly offensive material;
Threaten the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of India, public order, or friendly foreign diplomatic relations;
Any identified breach results in instantaneous account revocation and statutory reporting to competent Indian cyber-crime authorities.
5. Developer REST API & Reseller Responsibilities
Platform resellers connecting third-party software via API keys are solely responsible for handling client rate limits, network timeouts, and local error notifications. SMMPanels.in disclaims all third-party liability for disputes arising between external resellers and their retail buyers. To inspect real-time endpoint parameters, authentication keys, and payload examples, view our SMM panel API integration page.
